SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders are processed between 3-5 business days*. 'OHANI will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.

*Note: Orders placed on a Friday after 11am PST and over the weekend will not start being processed until the following Monday. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday. We are closed on all major holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates.

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.

'OHANI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.

*Note: If any higher international cost is found to be required at the time of mailing, you will be contacted by email for your approval to add extra cost.

By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date. 'OHANI is not responsible for these additional costs.
